Terms & Conditons
These Terms and conditions have been written by Roseau Carp Fishery Limited hereafter known as RCFL.
Booking
Once you’ve completed the booking form and paid your deposit your trip will be reserved for you / your party.
Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email.
The “Lead” booker is responsible for their group.
Balance payment
All balances must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
Should balances not be received, within this period, RCFL reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the vacancy. Any monies paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, RCFL will not be liable to refund ANY monies paid.
Booking Changes
Should you wish to make changes to your booking RCFL will do everything they can to accommodate your request.
Travel Arrangements
You are solely responsible for making your own travel arrangements. RCFL accepts no responsibility for delays / cancellations. Equally, you should ensure you have Travel Insurance, International Driving Permit, Green Card, breakdown cover and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
Children
All children must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. It is the sole responsibility of the parent / guardian to ensure the safeguarding of their child / children.
Fishery Rules
All customers and their guests agree to abide by the Fishery Rules. The fishery rules formed part of the booking process, will be given to you on arrival and will be displayed in the lodge.
Lake Swim Changes
In exception circumstances RCFL may exercise the right to adjust swim locations.
Force Majeure
RCFL will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Political Unrest, Riots, Port Closures, War or Threat of, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical / Weather problems to transportation, Acts of god or any other event(s) beyond our control.
Roseau Carp Fishery Ltd
RCFL reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay at the venue should your behaviour be likely to cause discomfort or harm to: others, fish, lakes or facilities. You may be requested to leave without compensation and will be requested to pay for any damages caused.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
